RECIPE: Pre-Workout Matcha Latte

Want to know the perfect, all natural pre-workout drink?… Matcha! This is our favourite morning matcha latte to fuel our workouts…

Ingredients:

1 cup warm almond milk or water (just below boiling point, so not to burn the tea)
1/2-1 teaspoon matcha (depending how strong you like it)
1 tablespoon collagen powder
1/2 teaspoon of ghee
1 teaspoon raw or manuka honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until frothy. Pour into a mug & drink immediately!
